Cancellation Rights

Chandos reserves the right to cancel any order. Processing of a payment and acknowledgement of an order by email, does not constitute a legally binding contract. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between the customer and Chandos will take place on physical despatch to the customer of the products ordered, unless Chandos has notified the customer that we do not accept the order or the customer cancels it. 
 

Payment Terms

Please note that all credit card payments will be deducted in sterling. Current Exchange rates may apply depending on your credit card/banks own policy. Please ensure that your credit card company will accept a charge in sterling, otherwise, your order may not be accepted due to the refusal of a sterling charge.

Security

We recognise that security is one of the major concerns for the shopper during an online transaction. We use ‘SecureTrading' who use state of the art security tools and techniques to ensure that you are protected against online fraud. Delivery times

Chandos will aim to process all order within 5 working days of receipt. Providing the product is in stock delivery in the UK should be within 7 working days of despatch, Europe within 14 working days of despatch, and USA and rest of the world within 28 working days of despatch.

'Out of Stock' items

From time to time items go out of stock. Chandos will use its resources to ensure items are not out of stock for more than two weeks. Sometimes manufacturing difficulties beyond our control mean that items may be unavailable for longer periods. For more detailed information e-mail: chandosonline@chandos.net.

'Pre-Order' Items

All Pre-order items will be sent out within 48 hours of release date. Please note that any current CDs ordered in the same order as a Pre-Order item will be sent out in the same order when the pre-ordered item is released.

Cooling Off Period & Refund Policy

New legislation allows you to return internet purchases within seven days to receive a refund. Due to the nature of downloads, no refunds can be given for any digital files that are of serviceable quality once the transaction is complete. If the file is damaged it will be replaced on application to Chandos.net.

Paper Invoices

In order to reduce costs we will no longer supply a paper copy of invoice with orders, however customers may print off their order receipts form their order history

Disclaimer

Due to the infinite possibilities of sound equipment combinations, we only guarantee that all lossless files provided can be ‘burnt’ to a CD to reproduce the exact image of the original. MP3 files may NOT write back to CD without interruptions. We cannot guarantee that segue tracks will play uninterrupted on any devices other than when burnt back to a CD from our standard lossless files. Chandos.net cannot support any software or equipment used to playback or ‘Burn’ our files.

Although Chandos guarantees all music sold to be as advertised, we do not guarantee that all downloads will come with booklets, cover art or full and accurate tagging information. Where possible we will try to provide these but we are selling the music, not the peripheral supplements. The non-Chandos audio comes to us tagged by the originating labels, we are wholly reliant on the label to ensure the information is as accurate as possible. Missing/inaccurate artwork, booklets or tagging information is not a reasonable claim for a refund.
